How to order

1. Place Your Order
Browse our catalog and add the products you need to your cart. Once you're ready, submit your order through the checkout.

2. Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of your order, you will be issued an order confirmation detailing the delivery date and applicable shipping costs.

3. Invoicing & Payment

New customers:
A proforma invoice will be issued. Payment is made via bank transfer, and the goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Existing customers:
A Net 30 day invoice will be issued upon shipment of the units.

4. Delivery
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the customer's location and order quantity. Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation along with any relevant tracking information.
